Watch: Jared Ingersoll’s Scotch Fillet with Corn Puree, Roasted Mushrooms and Pepper Sauce
This recipe leaves a nice little buzz in the mouth and is a favourite for pepper sauce lovers: Sweat off some eshallots, add Jack Daniel’s and reduce. Add ruby peppercorns, black pepper, whisk in KNORR Jus, heat and thicken. Serve with a seasoned, perfectly cooked steak with roasted mushrooms and corn puree.
