Preparation

  1. Squid

    • Clean, trim and cut into pieces, score.
    • Combine flour, KNORR Aromat and pepper. Dip squid into mix and fry until cooked. Quickly fry capers.
  2. Smoked chilli aioli

    • In a bowl, combine HELLMANN'S Real Aioli, chipotle in adobo sauce, and chilli paste.
  3. To Serve

    • Serve with squid, rocket and caramelised lemons.
